Shared Journey Grant

The Âé¶¹ÉçShared Journey Grant has been created to provide financial assistance to immediate family members who enroll at any of the Âé¶¹ÉçTech Group of Schools campuses; applicants must meet the criteria established below and want to enroll in a qualifying program of study at one of the Âé¶¹ÉçGroup of Schools* for enrollment between March 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. This grant is designed to assist qualified immediate family members who seek training with the skilled trades.

How to Qualify for the Shared Journey Grant Program
 

To apply for the Âé¶¹ÉçShared Journey Grant, an eligible student must:

  • Complete the application process to enroll.
  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Enroll in the program of your choice before December 31, 2026.
  • Provide the name, relationship, and campus location of the immediate family member currently attending a Âé¶¹Éçcampus.
  • Immediate family members must be enrolled at the same time.
  • Additional family members must enroll within 3 months of the first family member’s start date.

Grant recipients must attend the Âé¶¹ÉçFinancial Literacy presentation within six weeks of enrollment. Only students that meet the qualifications listed above, and the admissions requirements can qualify to receive the grant.

*The Âé¶¹ÉçGroup of Schools includes those schools under the names of Âé¶¹ÉçTechnical Institute, Âé¶¹ÉçCollege of Technology, and Nashville Auto-Diesel College.
All scholarships or grants must be applied for within 15 days of the start (with the exception of the Leadership Scholarships).
